Research Use Only Declaration

All products sold by Forward Peptides are manufactured and supplied strictly for research and analytical laboratory purposes only. By purchasing from Forward Peptides, you acknowledge and agree that these products are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic application, or any veterinary use.

Purchaser Eligibility

Products are sold exclusively to qualified professional and institutional purchasers including:

Research institutions and universities
Licensed professionals with appropriate credentials
Certified analytical laboratories
Independent researchers with proper facilities and training

Purchasers must provide verification of professional status and intended research use prior to order fulfillment.

Regulatory Compliance

Purchasers accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in their jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to proper licensing, facility requirements, safety protocols, waste disposal, and record keeping. Forward Peptides makes no representations regarding the legal status of any compound in any jurisdiction and purchasers must independently verify compliance requirements.

Prohibited Uses

Purchasers explicitly agree not to use any Forward Peptides products for:

Human consumption or administration
Veterinary or animal treatment purposes
Diagnostic or therapeutic applications
Food or cosmetic production
Resale to unauthorized parties

Quality & Documentation

While Forward Peptides employs rigorous quality control measures and provides certificates of analysis for all products, compounds are sold “as is” for research purposes. Purchasers are responsible for conducting their own verification testing as appropriate for their research applications. Documentation provided is for informational purposes and does not constitute any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Safety & Handling

All research materials must be handled by trained personnel in appropriately equipped laboratory facilities using proper safety protocols and personal protective equipment. Purchasers assume all risks associated with storage, handling, and use of these materials. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided for reference but do not substitute for proper training and safety procedures.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are accepted only for unopened products with intact seals, within 30 days of receipt, and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned in original packaging with all documentation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Forward Peptides’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, storage, handling, or use of our products. Purchasers indemnify and hold harmless Forward Peptides from any claims arising from their use of research materials.
